技术文件的标准化管理

Standardization Management for Technical Document

我公司航空产品型号多,技术难度大,各型号系列飞机生产过程中暴露出的技术质量问题比较多;各机型的研制周期短、工作量大、任务集中,有的型号即使是同一研制阶段,其技术状态也不完全相同,技术文件管理起来很复杂。技术文件管理工作在航空制造业中起着举足轻重的作用,管理的好坏直接关系到能否及时给顾客提供满意产品,关系到企业的经济效益,关系到企业在激烈的市场竞争中能否占有一席之地。为避免因技术文件管理不善影响飞机的研制工作。针对公司目前在技术文件管理方面存在的一些问题,提出一些改进建议和措施,组织公司所有技术科室和各生产单位工艺室,对技术文件进行清理、完善,对存在的问题进行整改,按照实施计划,逐步实现技术文件的标准化管理。

Our company supplies many kinds of aviation product, the technical difficulty for those aircraft product is very sophisticated. And the technical ＆ quality problem which have been exposed during manufacturing process of different kinds of aircraft product shows the tendency of increase . The R＆D cycle time for different aircraft model is very short, the working amount is huge, and the working task is concentrated. Even under the same R＆D stage for one aircraft model, the technical condition is not completely the same, therefore, the technical document control become more complex. Technical document control is playing an important role in aviation manufacturing industry, which will directly produce an influence on providing on-time satisfactory product to customer, and will affect the commercial profit of enterprise. Document control will also help the enterprise to enhance the competitiveness during the violent market competition. In order to avoid the negative influence caused by document control on aircraft R＆D work, this article is aimed at the existing problem of technical document control, and we will organize all the technical departments and relevant shop method office in our company to sort out and improve the technicaldocument to take corrective action for existing problem so as to gradually accomplish the standardization management of technical document per the implementation plan.
