制度伦理视野下进城务工就业人员子女义务教育公平问题研究

A Study of Compulsory Educational Equity for Migrant Workers’ Children from the Institutional Ethic View

制度伦理主要探讨的是制度的合道德性的问题,即制度的设计和安排是否符合公正、平等而又有效率的原则。进城务工就业人员子女义务教育公平问题是在中国社会转型时期的大背景下产生的,其产生的原因相当复杂,故可从不同的角度对此进行探讨。从制度伦理的视角看,进城务工就业人员子女义务教育公平问题的主要原因在于社会制度的伦理性缺失。

What institutional ethics mainly discusses is the issue whether the institution conforms to the morality, namely whether the design and arrangement of systems accord with the principle of justice, equality and efficiency. This problem is based on the period of transition of Chinese society for complex reasons, and can be analyzed from different angles. Analysis from the perspective of institutional ethics reveals that the loss of the social institutional ethics is the main cause.
