On the Strategy of Improving Teaching Quality

提高教学效益是硬道理,然而,要提高学生的综合素质,就必须在相关"规范"下实施教学,因此,落后、低效的教学模式必须进行改革,当然,也就必须进行学校组织和文化的改造与重建。

To increase the efficiency of teaching, teachers must behave under some relevant norms from the perspective of improving students＇ comprehensive quality. Thus, lagging and ineffective learning modes must be modified and school organization and culture must be innovated and reconstructed as well.
