摘要
本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像解析法等方法,对女子三级跳远运动员胡倩的三级跳技术同世界优秀运动员进行了对比分析,并把分析结果应用训练实践中,取得了良好的训练效果,希望能为其他教练员提供一个有价值的参考。
This thesis used method of literature review, interviewing experts, video analysis etc, Analysing the triple jump technique between woman triple jumper hujing and the world - class atheltes, and using the analysis results for training practice, having the favorable training effect. We hope it can provide a valuable case for the other coaches.
