以质量工程为平台,促进省级教育学院的转型

Making QPHE as a Platform to Promote the Transformation of Provincial Colleges of Education

高等学校质量工程是我国在高等教育进入大众化阶段之后,为提高高等教育质量而采取的重要举措。尽管省级教育学院还不是普通高校,但是要实现从成人高校向普通高校的转型,就必须借助高等学校质量工程这一平台。我们的实践表明,以高等学校质量工程为平台,可以极大地提高省级教育学院的办学水平、教学水平和教师队伍的教学科研水平,促进成人高校向普通高校的转型。

To implement： Quality Project of Higher - Education Institutions （QPHE） is an important measure to enhance higher education quality after entering the massive education stage. Although provincial colleges of education are not general higher education institutions, to realize the transformation from adult colleges to general higher education institutions, they must make use of the platform of QPHE. Our practice suggested that, based on the platform of QPHE, it can not only largely enhance the level of college management, teaching and teaching research quality, but also can promote the transformation of college from adult college to general higher education insfitution.
