摘要
通过多元统计中的因子分析对高校教师的教学效果质量进行评价,采用SPSS13.0软件对样本指标进行因子分析,得出影响教学质量的主要因素;同时利用因子分析对所选的教师进行综合评分。
The factor analysis of multivariate statistics evaluates teachers'teaching quality in colleges and universities. The application of SPSS13.0 software to the factor analysis of the sample helps to get the main factors influencing teaching quality. Meanwhile, the use of factor analysis of the selected teachers for a comprehensive score provides a new way to evaluate the teaching level in colleges and universities.
