摘要
养成教育,就是培养学生良好习惯的教育。良好习惯是健康人格的基础和外在标志,培养健康人格也是养成教育的核心和目的。农民工子女具有强烈的好奇心和求知欲,个性独立,诚实勇敢,吃苦耐劳,同时也敏感,自卑逆反,抵触,学习上畏难,焦虑。农民工子女健康人格的形成和培养是一项综合、复杂的系统工程,需要全社会的共同努力,形成家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育的合力。
Education in cultivation is the education of cultivating students'good habits, which is the foundation and external symbol of healthy personality, and cultivating the healthy personality is also the core and goal of education in cultivation. Children of migrant workers" often have intense curiosity and appetite for knowledge, independent character, honesty and courage, diligence and ability to endure hard work. Moreover, they are sensitive, inferior and resistant, anxious and afraid of difficulty on study. The formation and fostering of healthy personality of children of migrant workers'are an synthetical and complicated project, requiring the entire soeiety~ efforts to form the social education, the home education and the school edition joint effort.
