针对LGW 25/16-38/8型无油螺杆压缩机在生产过程中电耗高的问题,从工艺和设备2个方面进行分析,并通过调整供风总管压力,对螺杆压缩机中后冷却器清洗以及调节二级排气温度,降低了功耗和机组频繁跳车次数,实现了高效运行和节约能源的目的。

According to the high power consumption problem of LGW25/16-38/8-oil-free screw compressors in the production process, analysis was carried out from two aspects technology and equipment. By adjustment of air supply main pipe pressure, cleaning the middle cooler and aftercooler of screw compressor, adjustment of secondary exhaust gas temperature, the power consumption and unit frequent shutdown times were reduced. The aim of high efficiency operation and energy saving was realized.
