聚丙烯酸酯胶乳的凝聚

摘要 采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯经种子乳液聚合得到聚丙烯酸酯类接枝聚合物(AIM)乳液,在此AIM乳液中加入凝聚剂硫酸镁(MgSO4)或氯化铝(AlCl3)水溶液进行凝聚,以制备抗冲击改性剂粉料。讨论了凝聚剂种类、搅拌时间和凝聚剂浓度等条件对凝聚过程的影响。结果表明:AlCl3的凝聚能力比MgSO4的凝聚能力强;AlCl3盐浓度由0.05 mol/L增至0.2mol/L,聚合物粉料的表观密度值由0.26 g/cm3增加到0.48 g/cm3。 Acrylic impact modifier (AIM) is a kind of core/sheU copolymer prepared by batch seeding emulsion copolymerization of methyl methacrylate and butylacrylate. It is usually used as impact modifier to toughened PVC resin. The MgSO4 and AlCl3 solution was used as coagulation agent to coagulate AIM latex, the powder is modifier of PVC resin. The coagulation agent, coagulant concentration and mature time were investigated under different conditions. The results showed that the coagulant ability of AlCl3 was higher than MgSO4 solution. The apparent density increases from 0.26 to 0.48 g/cm3 when the coagulant concentration increasing from 0.05 to 0.2mol/L for the electrolyte of AlCl3.
