高内相乳液模板法合成有机硅聚苯乙烯多孔材料及应用 被引量:2

Preparation and application of silicone polystyrene porous materials by high internal phase emulsion template

摘要 以四乙烯基四甲基环四硅氧烷、苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯为连续相,采用高内相乳液模板法制备了有机硅聚苯乙烯多孔吸附材料。用FT-IR、SEM、UV-VIS对材料进行表征,研究了其表面形态及其对有机染料罗丹明B水溶液的脱色效果。结果表明:多孔材料为互通大孔材料,材料中存在两级孔结构",泡孔"与"毛孔",泡孔尺寸约10μm,毛孔尺寸约2μm。当吸附时间为20h时,对罗丹明B水溶液脱色效果最佳,且脱色效果随多孔材料投入量、罗丹明B初始浓度的增大而增大。 Silicone polystyrene porous materials were systhesized through high internal phase emusions (HIPEs) using 1,3,5,7-tetravinyl tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane, styene and divinylbenzene as the contact phase.The porous materials were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and UV-VIS. And their application in absorption ofRhodamine B was studied.The results showed that the porous material have contact cells which show that the porous materials belongs to macroporous materials,and two kinds of cells, 'pores'and 'windows'.The diameter of pore is about 10μm while the window is about 2μm. The aborption of R.hodamine B is optimum when the absorption time is 20h, and increasing with the mass of porous materials and the initated concentration ofRhodamine B.
