裂环糖苷类化合物的研究进展

摘要 目的对裂环糖苷类化合物的植物分布、生物活性、结构类型、波谱规律、立体化学等研究进展进行综述。方法根据作者实验数据,结合文献报道,将这一类以齐墩果酸等五环三萜为母核的裂环糖苷类化合物的研究进展进行了总结和归纳。结果目前从天然界提取分离了18个裂环糖苷类化合物,甜菜为该类化合物的主要天然来源;该类化合物在核磁共振谱中具有一定的规律性。结论本文作者首次对裂环糖苷类化合物的研究进展进行了报道,为裂环糖苷类化合物的提取分离、波谱解析等相关研究提供了参考。 Objective To review the development of seco-glycosides on its distribution, bioactivities, structure types, spectroscopic characteristics and stereochemistry. Methods Experimental data along with literature report were employed. Results Eighteen seco-glycosides were isolated from nature products and their main sources were Beta vulgaris L. The NMR spectrum of those compounds had their own regularities. Conclusions The development of seco-glycosides are firstly reviewed and this article will provide references for the studies of seco-glycosides.
