摘要
本文检测了44例足月新生儿脐血血脂水平,并应用PCR方法检测了载脂蛋白E(apoE)基因多态性。结果发现:新生儿apoE基因表型E3/2、E3/3、E4/3频率分别为0.091、0.727、0.182,等位基因ε2、ε3、ε4频率分别为0.045、0.864、0.091。apoE表型间各血脂水平虽无统计学差异,但血清TC、LDL-c、apoB及apoB/A1水平按E3/2、E3/3、E4/3顺序逐渐增加。多元逐步回归分析发现,调整出生体重后,ε4位点与apoB、apoB/A1水平正相关,ε3位点与apoB水平正相关。研究提示:apoE多态性对脐血TC、apoB、LDL-c等水平已有影响,新生儿血脂水平受遗传因素影响。研究新生儿期apoE多态性对血脂的影响对于阐明HPL、AS等病理机制及提出早期防治措施具有重要意义。
Lipid levels of cord serum were measured in 44 full term newborns, apolipoprotein (apoE) genetypes were determined by PCR. The results showed: the frequencies of the E3/2、E3/3、E4/3 phenotypes and the ε2、ε3、ε4 alleles were 0. 091、0. 727、0. 182、0. 045、0. 864、0.091, respectively; we found no significant differences in serum lipid levels, but the concentrations of serum TC、LDL-c、apoB and apoB/Al increased according to apo E phenotypes from E3/2 to E3/3 and E4/3; when controlling for birth weight, ε4 and ε3 alleles were positively correlated with serum apoB, ε4 allele correlated positively with serum apoB/A1. It is concluded that already in newborns apoE polymorphism influences the levels of serum TC、LDL-c and apoB, genetic factor influences the metabolism of serum lipids in newborns
