早期新生儿不同日龄血清免疫球蛋白和补体的变化 被引量:18

CHANGES OF SERUM IMMUNOGLOBULINS AND COMPLEMENTS OF THE FIRST WEEK NEONATES WITH DAYS AFTER THEIR BIRTH

摘要 探讨早期新生儿血清免疫球蛋白和补体随日龄增大的变化特征。方法:对241例1~7日龄新生儿作血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4和蛋白电泳测定,并与33例成人比较。结果:(1)新生儿血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C4显著低于成人,C3与成人接近。(2)新生儿α1球蛋白的绝对含量、α2、β、γ球蛋白的百分含量和绝对含量均显著低于成人。(3)新生儿血清IgG与γ球蛋白的变化一致,IgA、IgM、C3与γ球蛋白的变化无关,IgA、IgM与α1、α2、β球蛋白的变化一致,C4与α1、α2球蛋白的变化一致。(4)性别、胎龄和W/H指数不影响新生儿检测结果;IgG含量与日龄变化无关,IgA、IgM、C3、C4随日龄的增大而增加。结论:早期新生儿血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C4显著低于成人,C3与成人接近。IgG含量与日龄变化无关,IgA、IgM、C3、C4含量随日龄的增大而增加。 Objective: To understand the changes of serum immunoglobulins and complements of the first week neonates with days after their birth. Methods: The measurement of serum IgG, IgA, IgM globulins, complement C3,C4 and electrophoresis were completed in 241 normal full term newbrns during the first week after their birth and 33 adults, and these results were compared. Results: (1 )Serum concentrations of IgG, IgA, IgM, C4 of newborns were lower than those of the adults. Serum concentration of C3 of newborns was approximate to that of the adults. (2)Absolute concentration of α1 globulin, percent and absolute concentrations of α2 β, γ globulins of the newborns were lower than the adults'. (3) Their serum concentration of IgG varied varied with percentage of γ globulin of the newborns consistently.There was no correlation between serum concentrations of IgA, IgM, C3 and percentage of γglobulin of the newborns. Their serum concentration of IgA, IgM, varied with percentage of α1,α2,β globulins of the newborns consistently. Their serum concentration of C4 varied with percentage of α1,α2 globulins of the newborns consistently. (4)There was no effect of sexes,gestation, weight/height ratio of the newborns on testing results of their serum IgG, IgA,IgM globulins, complement C3, C4 and electrophoresis. There was no correlation between serum concentration of IgG of the newborns and their age. There was a positive correlation between serum concentrations of IgA, IgM, C3, C4 of the newborns and their age. Conclusion: serum concentration of IgG, IgA, IgM, C4 of the first week neonates were lower than those of the adults. Serum concentration of C3 of newborns was approximate to that of the adults. Serum concentrations of IgA, IgM, C3,C4 of the newborns varied with their age, but serum concentration of IgG of the newborns did not
