摘要
省级骨干教师专业培训师资的质量直接影响着培训的质量,因此在专业培训师资的构建上要做到有针对性和层次性,培训师资的构建应该是动态的和可持续发展的。在专业培训师资的利用上要多样化,注重师生互动、学员互动。重点探讨了"科研促学"和"学员专题发言"这两种方式。
The quality of the professional teachers to the provincial key teachers directly influences the quality of the training. Therefore,the construction of professional training teachers should be dealt with pertinently and in levels. The construction of training teachers should be dynamic and sustainable development.
