摘要
运用六西格玛方法,分析造成304不锈钢冷板板型不稳定的原因,并进行试验设计,针对性地实施改进,改进效果比较理想,达到了提高304不锈钢冷板板型质量的目的。
6 sigma method is adopted to analyze the reason for plate shape badness of 304 stainless steel cold rolled coil. With the design of experiment （DOE） to improve correlative factors of 304 stainless steel cold rolled coil plate shape pertinently, while plate shape quality was advanced evidently.
