摘要
通过分析卷取机的卷钢过程,发现带钢在侧导板间摆动是产生错层的主要原因;针对错层产生的原因,加大侧导板液压缸的能力,改进侧导板控制模式和卷取机速度制度,从而减少了错层缺陷的发生。
By analyzing the process of coiling and found that strip between the side guide plate swing is main reason of coil edge misalignment. According to the causes of edge misalignment, edge misaligument defects were reduced by increasing capacity of side guide plate hydraulic cylinder and improving the side guide plate control mode and coffer speed system.
