摘要
1800m3高炉在提高煤比、强化冶炼的过程中,煤气除尘灰中的含碳量随之升高。为解决这个问题,采取了高风温、高富氧率、高顶压、调整装料制度等措施,并通过精细管理和操作,取得了显著的效果。
In the process of improving coal ratio and strengthening smelting,to resolve the problem that the carbon content of dust gas increased on 1800 m^3 BF, the measures of high blast temperature, high oxygen enrichment precentage, high top pressure, improving charging system and fine management and operation were taken, and notable effectiveness was abtained.
