从加热炉直燃段炉膛温度、带钢温度、带钢氧化还原之间的关系,以及该段各区炉温控制、带钢入锌锅温度等方面,阐述了热轧镀锌板的生产工艺及其在邯宝钢铁公司热轧镀锌线的应用,并总结出了厚规格热轧镀锌板生产工艺的关键控制参数。

This article describes the free flame area temperature, strip temperature, the relation between oxidation and reduction of strip, control of every zoom temperature, strip temperature before zinc pot and so on. To elaberate the production process and application in Hanbao Iron ＆ Steel Co. hot dip galvanizing line of hot-rolled strip. In this article, we get the key controlled parameter of heavy gauge hot-rolled strip in continual galvanizing process.
