摘要
通过加强进厂原燃料管理、强化炉前出铁管理、实施大富氧率喷吹技术和优化高炉基本操作制度,太钢4350m3高炉的燃料比降到500kg/t以下,利用系数达到了2.4t/m·3d以上,实现了高炉稳定、均衡和高效生产。
By reinforced management of raw material and fuel and tapping iron in BF, performed the technology of blowing of the coal powder with high rate of the oxygen and optimized the basic operation system of the blast furnace, the fuel ratio of the blast furnace decreased to the level of under 500 kg/t, the utilization rate of the blast furnace reached above 2.4 t/m^3·d. The production of stabilization ,balance and high efficiency was realized in 4 350 m3 blast furnace at Taigang.
