摘要
随着国家可持续发展战略的推进,军队提出了建设节约型营区的目标。文章从建设节约型营区的角度出发,以既有营房为研究对象,分析既有营房节能改造的技术及技术策略,为军队既有营房节能改造工程设计和实践提供理论依据和参考。
With the development of the Sustainable Developing Strategy, military Proposes tactics of Constructing Resources-Saving Barrack. From the viewpoint of the tactics, the Energy-Saving Renovation technology and technical tactics are analyzed in this paper, by studying on existing barracks. Furthermore the analysis consults for the Energy-Saving Renovation of engineering designs and practices.
