Engineering construction, regardless of their size, can not be separated from schedule management. Management-control of progress aim was directly related to project＇s image and economic benefits of all parties. Based on schedule management in construction phase and different manage- ment view, this paper gave a comprehensive discussion from plan organizing, approval procedure, control measures and methods to data collection and management. The article was brief, precise and practical to play a guiding role. We had obtained good results achieving good results with half effort by management according to principle and method in the article.
