摘要
目的：研究血清５种元素与Ⅱ型糖尿病的关系。方法：利用原子吸收分光光谱法测定１００例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者及８０例正常人的血清５种无机元素：钙、镁、铜、锌、铁。结果：糖尿病组患者的血清钙、镁、锌、铁水平显著降低，铜元素显著增高。结论：适量补充钙、镁、锌、铁，对预防和纠正糖代谢紊乱有一定意义。
Objective: To study the relation of 5 elements value in serum and occurence of diabetes mellitus type 2 Methods: Serum Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn and Fe from 100 patients of diabetes mellitus type 2 and from 80 normal subjects were analyzed by atomic absorbance spectrophotometer Results: Serum Ca, Mg, Zn and Fe were significantly lower in the patients than in the normal subjects, while serum Cu was significantly higher Conclusion: Optimal supplement of Ca,Mg, Zn and Fe is beneficial in the correction of metabolic disorders of diabetes patients
