Modeling and Dynamic Simulation of a New Type of Three-ring Gear Reducer

采用虚拟样机技术对新型内三环减速器进行了仿真研究。运用SolidWorks软件对内三环减速器建模,针对内三环减速器在设计中存在的问题并根据实际需要,在多动力学理论的基础上,利用CAD/CAE软件SolidWorks、ADAMS构建了仿真平台,并在此基础上对内三环减速器进行了初步的性能仿真。

This article uses virtual prototyping technology to make simulation study on a new type of Three-ring Gear Reducer. It also uses virtual prototyping technology to make simulation study on a new type of Three-ring Gear Reducer. The article uses advanced CAD/ CAE software-- SolidWorks and ADAMS to build the simulation platform based on theory of Dynamics of Muhibody System for the purpose of resolving the engineering problems of General Retarder design,and analyses the performance of the new Three-ring Gear Reducer.
