摘要
为了减少一次性能源的使用量、推广洁净可再生能源的使用、保护环境,文章设计了一套太阳能风能取暖设施,是可持续科学发展观的召示和应用。
In order to educe once-energy use capacity, the paper popularizes use of clean and refreshable energy to protect the environment, A heating mechanism by combining salar enery and wind energy is proposed,which is the application of scientific outlook on develpment.
