迫弹发射装药高尾压下纸制基本药管结构特点探讨

Study on the Structure and Feature of the Ignition Cartridge with Paper Case under the Condition of Tail Pressure of Propelling Charge of Mortar Bomb

纸制基本药管是迫弹发射装药的常规结构,但是随着近几年迫击炮武器系统各方面性能的提升,附加装药的装填密度越来越大,为保证基本装药的点火能力及与附加装药的匹配性,尾管压力不断提高,于是带来了纸制基本药管的强度问题。文章首先介绍了纸制基本药管因尾管压力升高而出现的现象,分析了出现上述现象的原因,并探讨了应对措施和改进方法。

The ignition cartridge with paper case is a regular structure of propelling charge of mortar bomb. This paper introduces the problems to the ignition cartridge with paper case caused by the rising of tail pressure of mortar bomb, and then analyses the reasons from theory, finally presents the measures to solve problems or the methods of improvement.
