摘要
随着煤矿机械化程度的不断提高,煤矿机电设备结构也更趋复杂,操纵控制技术水平的要求也越来越高,加上研制这些设备时没有充分考虑矿工的实际工作环境和人体因素,使得操作时,人为失误的概率增大,设备的功能不能充分发挥。这就迫切需要在煤矿机械设计中开展人机工程学研究,从人机工程学角度出发,对煤矿机电设备进行合理的人机工程设计,使设备、工具宜人化,同时改善煤矿井下工作环境,使人处于最佳的工作状态,以减少煤矿生产事故,文中阐述人性化设计的相关理论,并且系统论述煤矿机械设备如何进行人性化的设计开发。从人机界面、人机工程学、机械产品美学等几个方面进行了研究,使"以人为本"的设计思想得到了充分的体现。
In recent years, with the improving of the coal mine machining, the structure of the mechanical and electric instruments is becoming complicated. The demand of the operating level is higher. In addition, the working condition and the body elements are not very taken into accout. The above elements have make the error operation ratio increasing. The instrument could not be used very well. So the research on human-machine engineering of the coal mine machine is very important, which makes the instrument humanized and the operator in good condition so decrease the events. The theory of humanization design is introduced. The humanization design and develop ment of coal mine machineryare discussed. The research is made in the aspects of human machine interface, human engineering, and mechanical product esthetics. It is put forward that the design thought of human centered should be fully manifested. Designer should give p roduct humanistic care on the aspects of comfortableness, operatingmethod, physiology, psychology and product semantic of coal mine machinery. It is the development direction of coalmine machinery to become more pleasant and comfortable to use.
