摘要
乘用车外观涂层色差的影响因素众多,它与涂装材料、喷涂设备、喷涂工艺、供漆系统等因素密切相关。文章简要介绍了颜色的定量表示和测量方法,重点从上述几方面分析了对涂层色差的影响因素及控制措施。
There are many influencing factors about color aberration of passenger cars＇ exterior coating, closely related to coating materials, spray equipments, spraying technics, and so on. This paper briefly introduces the quantitative representation and measurement methods of color, focusing on analyzing the influencing factors and control measures of the coating＇s color aberration from aspects above.
