数字阀在压力控制系统中的应用

Application of Digital Valve in Pressure Control System

在分析介绍数字阀特点的基础上,提出了数字阀在压力控制系统中的应用,设计出数字阀应用系统的液压回路、电气控制、PLC控制方案,并利用VB编写PC与PLC间的参数设置、工作界面和管理实验仿真结果。应用本系统模拟矿井不同深度时气体压力与时间的变化曲线,仿真及实验结果表明,数字阀在压力控制系统中的应用具有理论和现实意义。

On the basis of analyzing characteristic of digital valve, the application of digital valve in pressure control system, including the hydraulic circuit, electric control and PLC control solution is developed, which takes advantage of VB to compile PC and the PLC parameter setting, the user interface and manage the experiment simulation result. The application system has been used for simulating the air pressure and time changing in different depth in mine. The simulate and experiment results show that the application system is practical and feasible.
