摘要 随着信息技术与管理科学的不断发展,TOC越来越受到广泛的重视,最终覆盖到企业管理的所有职能方面。尤其是在车间调度中,TOC可以抓住重点,提高生产系统的产销率,降低运行成本,能够解决车间调度中复杂的约束问题和动态性问题。文章在讨论了TOC计划与控制的基础上,指出了TOC在车间调度中的优缺点,并给出了解决这些缺点的对策,建立了基于TOC的车间调度系统模型。 As the development of information technolgy and mangement, TOC plays an important part and covers all direction of function in business management. In workshop scheduling system, TOC can seize the key point, improve production and marekting rate and reduces operating cost, solve the amplex constraint and dynamic problems in workshop scheduling system. The paper discusses TOC plan and control, points out the advantage and disadvantage in workshop scheduling system, and gives the solution, builds the workshop scheduling model based on TOC.
