On Building the Circular Economy Model of the Coal Enterprise Based on the Scientific Development Concept

煤炭既是我国主要能源和原料,又是主要污染源,而其又有着不可再生性,解决这一矛盾的主要途径就是煤炭企业要改变经济增长方式,构建循环的经济模式;要坚持煤炭资源与生态环境建设统一的原则,实现煤炭资源的可持续利用;同时要以科学发展观为指导,进行科学合理设计、技术创新和管理创新,构建新型的煤炭企业。

Coal is the major energy and raw materials in China. As the main Pollution sources, it also has the non-renewability . The main way of resolve this contradiction is changing the mode of economic growth of the coal enterprises and constructing the mode of circular economy. The principle of unification between the coal resources and the ecological environment should be insisted on to achieve the sustainable use of coal resources.With the guidance of scientific development concept, scientific and rational design, innovation of technology and management should be carried out,to build the new type coal enterprise.
