超载问题已成为影响我国公路货运业甚至国民经济健康发展的重要问题。文章分析了公路货运超载形成的原因,提出了治超的对策与措施,从而改变公路货运市场供需失衡的状况。

Cargo transportation overload has had a great negative impact on the development of cargo transportation industry, and even on national economy. Basing on analyzing the reasons for transportation overload, this paper recommerds the fundamental measures to control transportation overload and eliminate the imbalance of demand and supply in cargo transportation market.
