论述了现代职业教育对教师的四"宽"要求。即"宽"学识,"宽"待人,"宽"教学和"宽"胸襟。讨论了"宽"的内涵和自觉充实"宽"的内容。
Modem vocational education can be described as aspects of the teacher＇s request, ＂Wide ＂is an essential requirement for teachers, namely： Extensive knowledge, human tolerance, teaching flexible, broad-minded. This paper discusses the meaning of the word＂ wide＂, and consciously enriches the＂ broad ＂content.
