摘要
解决就业难的关键在于大学生就业力的提高。国际上对提升在校大学生就业力有较为系统的理论指导,在学校就业指导机构的服务,大学课程的设置方面,均融入了对大学生就业力的培养。根据我国大学教育现状,文章从对就业力的研究、学习的出发点、课程的设置、角色的转变四个方面探讨了就业力提升措施。
The key to resolving the problem of low employment date lies in improving the employability of graduate students. Some foreign countries have a mature theoretical guidance to enhancing the employability, and employment agencies setting up in cam- pus. Their curriculum are more comprehensive than that of China, which include career guidance services. Based on the currenet situa- tion of Chinese high education, this article tries to discuss the employmentability improvement from the four following aspects, the em- ploymentbility researching,the goal of learning,course design,role changing, and related suggestions are put forward.
