对注射成型过程中常见的成型缺陷进行了分类,并从材料、模具、注塑机和工艺方面分析了缺陷产生的原因,进而提出解决措施。
The defects in injection molding products is inevitable. The causes of every defect was analyzed from four aspects of material, mold, injection molding machine and processing parameters, and then the solutions were proposed.
