强直性脊柱炎临床诊断分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS TO CASES WITH ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS

该文报告６２例强直性脊柱炎（ＡｎｋｙｌｏｓｉｎｇＳｐｏｕｄｙｌｉｔｉｓ，ＡＳ），３０岁以下发病率占该组病例９５．２％，误诊率高达５８．１％，致残率为１６．１％。为提高ＡＳ早期诊断，早期治疗，减少致残率，作者认为，需提高对ＡＳ的认识，对３０岁以下男性患者，凡有腰骶部疼痛，不对称的下肢关节炎，都进行骨盆正位片检查。

Sixty-two cases with Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) Were analyzed in this article.The morbidity in patients below 30 years old was 95.2%.The rate of misdiagnosis was 58.1%.The rate of disablement was 16.19%.In order to increase the rate of diagnosis and early treatment,More attention should be paid to the understanding of AS.For those male patients below 30 years old with back ache in the low part and asymmetrial arthritis of low limbs,Pelvic X-Ray,sacroiliac CT scan and the test of HLA-B 27 must be used in the diagnosis of AS.
