摘要
脊索瘤是一种罕见的骨肿瘤，起源于胚胎脊索残余形成，好发于脊柱中轴的两端，其中骶尾部占40％～50％，颅底部占35％～40％，临床主要表现为缓慢生长的无痛性包块。该肿瘤有局部侵袭性和易复发性，属低度恶性肿瘤。为提高对该肿瘤的认识，收集暨南大学第一临床医学院1例脊索瘤病例，现结合有关文献报道分析如下。
