Study on Frustrated Sensation of Higher Vocational College Freshmen

高职院校新生挫折感是个重要的现实问题。这种挫折感较普遍地存在,对学生的学习、人格发展产生不良影响,其形成的根源主要是社会心理方面的,特别由错误的成才观、教育价值观导致。人们采取了一些措施应对这一问题,但还远远不够。为了更好地解决它,需要进行系统性努力,包括从短期化应对到全程行为、从心理层面到综合工程、从局部参与到全局行动及从学校教育到全社会的自觉纠错、正确导向。

Frustrated sensation of higher vocational college freshmen is an important problem,it is existing widely, bringing blight to student＇s studying and personality development.It is formed mostly by social psychological rootstock, especially by false talent and educational value views, people have done some work to deal with this problem,but it is necessary for doing it better to try systemic designing,including short term and long term action, psychological working and compositive working,part action and whole action,school instruction and social correction and positive guiding.
