摘要
喷气织机后梁系统是控制经纱张力和梭口位置的重要装置。以某型喷气织机单后梁系统为研究对象,建立静力学模型,分析织造过程中经纱张力的波动和活动后梁摆角的变化。并在此单后梁系统基础上,加设一固定后梁,组成双后梁系统,对其进行分析计算。比较后得出双后梁系统较单后梁系统稳定。
Back rest system of loom is the main equipment of controlling the warp tension and sheld location. In this paper, a static mechanical model which study on an air-jet loom single back rest system is built, to analyze the fluctuation of the warp tension and the change of back rest swing angle in weaving. Add a fixed roll based on the single back rest system, forming a double back rest system, then analysis. Comparing with the single back rest system, the double's is much more steadibily.
