摘要
目的探讨B超诊断输尿管结石的超声诊断符合率以及声像图特征情况。方法选择江油长钢总医院2006年5月至2009年1月经B超及X线检查等确诊的42例输尿管结石患者的资料进行分析。结果42例输尿管结石中超声确诊39例,B超诊断符合率92.85%。梗阻部位结石B超表现为强回声团,后方伴声影。下端结石所占比例比较高,达52.38%(22/42),其B超现实其平均直径为0.5cm,最大直径0.6cm。结论B超诊断输尿管结石不受结石成分影响,具有方便、无痛苦、无创伤的优点,具有很实用的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis of B-ultrasound diagnosis of ureteral stones in line with rates and sonographic features of the situation. Methods Menstrual B-, X-ray inspection confirmed 42 cases of patients with ureteral stones were analyzed in Changgang general hospital in May 2006-2009 Jan 1. Results 42 cases of ureteral calculi in ultrasound diagnosed 39 eases, B ultrasonic diagnosis in line with the rate of 92.85%. B-stone obstmction site showed strong echo group, accompanied by acoustic shadow behind. A relatively high proportion of the lower stone, reaching 52.38% （22/42）, the reality of his B-average diameter of 0.5cm, diameter 0.6cm. Conclusion B ultrasonic diagnosis of ureteral calculi stone composition is not affected, with easy, no pain, no trauma advantage, with very practical clinical value.
