参麦注射液治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病无症状心肌缺血的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of Shenmai Injection on asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in senile coronary heart disease

目的：探讨参麦注射液对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）无症状心肌缺血的治疗效果。方法：随机将７１例无症状心肌缺血患者分为２组，其中３６例采用参麦注射液和阿斯匹林治疗者为治疗组，３５例用复方丹参注射液和阿斯匹林治疗者为对照组。结果：治疗组用药前后ＳＴ段压低的次数分别为（１８２．０±１０．１）次和（６１．７±７．６）次；ＳＴ段压低持续总时间分别为（３９８．５±３０．２）ｍｉｎ和（８０．２±２０．４）ｍｉｎ。对照组用药前后ＳＴ段压低次数分别为（１８０．８±１２．５）次和（９９．５±１０．８）次；ＳＴ段压低持续总时间分别为（３９９．０±３２．３）ｍｉｎ和（１４１．７±２９．５）ｍｉｎ。治疗前后比较，２组均有非常显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。２组间比较亦有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗期间未见任何不良反应。结论：参麦注射液的疗效优于复方丹参注射液。

Objective:To explore the efficiency of Shenmai Injection on treating asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in senile coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Seventyone cases of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were divided into 2 groups:treatment group (36 cases) was treated with Shenmai Injection and aspirin;control group (35 cases) was treated with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection and aspirin.Results:In treatment group,STsegment lower were (182 0±10 1) times and (61 7±7 6) times in pre and post therapy respectively;the total continuative time was (398 5±30 2) minutes and (80 2±20 4) minutes respectively.While in control group,STsegment lower were (180 8±12 5)times and (99 5±10 8) times in preand post therapy respectively,the total continuative time was (399 0±32 3)minutes and (141 7±29 5) minutes.Moreover,there was obvious difference between preand post therapy and between 2 groups ( P <0 01 or P <0 05 respectively),and no sideeffect was found.Conclusions:It suggested that Shenmai Injection was superior of therapeutic efficacy to composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection.It is an effective and safe drug in treatment of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia.
