抗心衰丸治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of antiheart failure pill on congestive heart failure

目的：观察中药抗心衰丸治疗充血性心力衰竭（心衰）的疗效。方法：７８例充血性心衰患者随机分为２组。在强心、利尿、扩血管药治疗的基础上，治疗组（４８例）加用自拟纯中药抗心衰丸治疗，每次９ｇ口服，每日３次；对照组（３０例）口服巯甲丙脯酸２５ｍｇ，每日３次。２组均治疗２周（１个疗程）后观察比较疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率（９３．７５％）与对照组（７３．３３％）比较有显著性差异（χ２＝９．０９，Ｐ＜０．０５）；心脏收缩间期、左室射血分数和心率等心功能指标的改善，治疗组均优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：中药抗心衰丸治疗充血性心衰具有益气温阳、活血利水及改善心脏功能的作用。

Objective:To observe the antiheart failure pill (traditional Chinese recipe) in treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods:CHF patients (78 cases) were divided randomly into 2 groups.The treatment group (48 cases) was treated with oral selfmade antiheart failure pill 9 g for 3 times daily on the basis of cardiostimuli,diuretic and vasodilator therapy;while control group (30 cases) was treated with oral captopril 25 mg,3 times daily,2 weeks as a therapy course in both 2 groups,then to observe the efficience.Results:The total effective rates were 93 75% and 73 33% in treatment group and control group respectively,there was marked difference between 2 groups (χ 2=9 09, P <0 05).Moreover,the heart function parameters of patients in treatment group including heart intersystole,left ventricular ejection fraction and heart rate etc were superior to those in control group ( P <0 01 and P <0 001).Conclusions:Antiheart fuilure pill can Yiqi Wenyang ,Huoxue Lishui and improve heart function;it has a better clinical efficiency.
