小切口白内障手术和超声乳化白内障摘除术的临床疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy about Small Incision Cataract Surgery and Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery

目的比较分析小切口白内障手术和超声乳化白内障摘除术的临床疗效。方法随机选用的125例患者分为两组,分别用小切口手术,超声乳化白内障摘除术。术后观察两组的视力恢复情况和手术对患者的角膜内皮细胞的影响。结果两组手术的视力恢复情况无显著性差异,但超声乳化组的手术前后的角膜内皮细胞比较有显著性差异,但小切口手术的并发症少,简便易行,费用低。结论对于不同情况的白内障患者要选用不同的手术方式,硬核白内障患者还是用小切口手术好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small incision cataract surgery and phacoemulsification. Method Randomly selected 125 patients were divided into two groups, Respectively, with a small incision surgery and phacoemulsification cataract surgery. Two groups were observed after the recovery of visual acuity and the surgery on the patient＇s corneal endothelium cells. Result Two groups of surgery vision recovery was no significant difference, but the phacoemulsification group before and after surgery the corneal endothelial ceils have more significant difference, but the complications of small incision less user-friendly and low cost. Conclusion For the different situations of cataract patients to choose a different surgical approach in patients with mild or well with a small incision.
