非手术治疗无胆道梗阻重症急性胰腺炎

摘要 目的探讨地市级地方医院无胆道梗阻重症急性胰腺炎的最佳治疗方法。方法对58例无胆道梗阻重症急性胰腺炎的非手术治疗效果进行总结分析。结果58例患者,2例因并发症晚期中转手术,4例因器官功能衰竭和并发症死亡,病死率为6.9%;54例治愈,治愈率约为93.1%;平均住院29d。结论非手术治疗既适用于无胆道梗阻重症急性胰腺炎的病程早期,也适用于大多数此类患者病程的全程。并发症少,避免了手术的痛苦,缩短了病程,病死率低。 Objective To explore the prefecture-level local hospital with severe acute pancreatitis without biliary obstruction the best treatment. Methods 58 eases of severe acute panereatitis without biliary obstruction non-surgical treatment were analyzed. Results 58 cases of patient, and 2 cases due to complications of advanced transit operation, 4 cases of complications due to organ failure and death, the mortality rate 6.9%; 54 cases cured, the cure rate of about 93.1%; average length of stay 29 days. Conclusion Non-surgical treatment is applicable to non-biliary obstruction early course of severe acute panereatitis, also applies to most of these patient's entire course of the disease. Less complications and avoid the pain of surgery, shortening the course of the disease, a low mortality rate.
