小儿癫痫80例临床护理干预

Nursing Intervention of 80 Case with Epilepsy in Children

目的探讨小儿癫痫的临床观察与护理干预。方法90例癫痫患儿采用基础护理,抽搐的护理、用药治疗的护理、心理护理等护理措施。结果90例小儿癫痫中,先天疾病30例,颅内感染性病变25例,脑肿瘤16例,新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病10例,其他9例;81例病情好转,症状控制康复出院,9例病情未愈。结论进行有效的护理干预,可以减少癫痫患儿的发病及后遗症,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical observation and nursing intervention of children with epilepsy. Methods In 90 patients with primary in children with epilepsy, nursing intervention with primary care, convulsions care, drug treatment care, psychological care and other care measures. Results In 90 patients with epilepsy, including：30 cases of congenital abnormalities; 25 cases of encephalitis;16 cases of intracranial tumor; hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in 10 cases; 9 cases of others. Conclusion The effective nursing interventions can reduce the incidence and complications to improve their quality of life in children with epilepsy.
