摘要
目的观察盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液加头孢拉定胶囊治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法127例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别用盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液联合头孢拉定胶囊和0.25%氯霉素眼水治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液加头孢拉定胶囊组总有效率为93.8%;对照氯霉素组总有效率为49.2%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液加头孢拉定胶囊治疗慢性单纯型化脓性中耳炎疗效显著且安全。
Objective To study the effect of Lomefloxacin combined with Cefradine in treating chronic suppurative otitis media. Method 127 patients with chronic supptwative otitis media were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Treatment group were treated with Lomefloxacin combined with Cefradine and control group were treated with 0.25% chloramphenicol. Result The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 93.8%, and that of the control group was 49.2% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Lomefloxacin combined with Cefradine in treating chronic suppurative otitis media is effective, safe and cheap.
