摘要 目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者检验指标对残余肾功能(RRF)患者的影响。方法100例慢性肾功能衰竭患者被分成为残余肾功能(A组)50例和残余肾功能丧失(B组)50例,观察检验指标和T细胞亚群的变化。结果A组患者在收缩压、舒张压、血尿素氮、血肌酐、血磷、β2-MG均较B组患者显著性下降(P均<0.05),血浆碳酸氢根、血钙、血红蛋白等指标有明显性升高(P均<0.05);血钾、血钠、胆固醇、三酰甘油及C反应蛋白两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);A组CD3+、CD4+水平高于B组(t=2.784、t=2.384,P均<0.0.5);而CD8+没有明显改变化。结论检验指标对RRF评价有一定的帮助。 Objective To investigate the influence of test indicators in chronic renal failure with residual renal function(RRF). Methods 100 patients with chronic renal failure were subdivided into residual renal function (A group)50 cases and loss of residual renal function(B)50 cases, The testing indicators and T-cell subsets were observed. Results The indicators of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, phosphorus, β2-MG in group A were significantly decreased with group B(P all〈0.05); The indicators of plasma bicarbonate, calcium, hemoglobin and other indicators in group A were significantly increased with group B(P all〈0.05);The indicators of potassium, sodium, cholesterol, triglycerides and C-reactive protein between the two groups was no significant difference(P all 〉0.05); The indicators of of CD3+, CD4+ in group A were higher than that group B(t=2.784, t=-2.384, P all 〈0.05); and CDs+ no significant change in technology. Conclusion The evaluation of test indicators have some help in patients with residual renal function
