简述利钠肽与心房颤动的关系

摘要 利钠肽是一大类多肽类激素,主要由心肌细胞产生并释放入血,其家族中的ANP、BNP和NT-proBNP与许多心血管疾病密切相关。心房颤动是最常见的心律失常之一,发病率随年龄增长而迅速升高,同时,心房颤动会增加栓塞性疾病的发生,提高致死率。心房颤动发生时,血流动力学明显改变,心脏生成和释放利钠肽增多,其血浆水平显著增加。目前,治疗心房颤动的方法主要有药物复律、同步电复律、经导管射频消融及外科手术,但任何方法都有一定的复发率。因此,对心房颤动的患者治疗方法的选择及对治疗效果的评估极为重要。利钠肽作为与心房颤动相关性极高的一项生化指标,很有希望应用于对心房颤动患者预后的评估中。
