摘要
为提高电力企业评价与决策的可靠性,有效发挥指标评价的导向作用,推进管理创新和发展水平提升,对省级电力企业的发展情况进行了分析,建立了评价指标体系与层次结构模型,并用层次分析法进行分析计算,得到了指标权重,给出了综合评价方法,以此评价了电力企业的发展情况,探讨了其在实际中的推广应用.
To improve the reliability of the power enterprises, play the guiding role evaluation and the decision-making of the electric of the index evaluation effectively, promote the management innovation and raise the development level, an evaluation index system and a hierarchical structure model are established through analyzing the development situation of the provincial power enterprise. The weight value of the evaluation index is obtained through analyzing and calculating the index by using AHP. The comprehensive evaluation method is presented in this paper. In addition, exploration on its popularization and application is also involved.
