高温、噪声、振动复合因素对热应激蛋白70合成的影响(论著) 被引量:5

The effects of high temperature, noise and vibration compound factors on HSP 70 synthesis

摘要 目的:模拟舰船在热区军事活动时的舱室环境条件,研究高温、噪声、振动复合因素对热应激蛋白70(heatstressprotein70,HSP70)合成的影响及其相关关系。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠24只,随机分成4组:(1)对照组:室温22±1℃;(2)高温组:干球温度(Td)42±0.5℃,湿球温度(Tw)33±1℃,相对湿度(RH)52%;(3)噪声、振动组:1000Hz105dB稳态噪声,角振动频率60Hz,振幅5×10-2m,加速度4m/s2,全身振动;(4)复合因素组:(2)、(3)组实验条件相加。采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测各实验组HSP70蛋白的免疫活性变化。结果:高温、噪声、振动均可诱导HSP70合成的增加,3者复合作用时HSP70合成显著增加。结论:高温、噪声、振动的复合因素具有协同作用。 Aim: Warship cabin environment condition under military activities in tropical region was simulated so as to study the compound factors effect and their relationship of high tempreture、noise and vibration on heat stress protein 70 synthesis. Methods: 24 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:(1) control group: room temperature22±1 ℃;(2) high temperature group: dry bulb temperature (Td)42±05 ℃, wet bulb temperature(Tw)33±1 ℃, and relative humidity(RH) 52%;(3) noise and vibration group: general body vibration with 1 000Hz 105dB homeostatic noise, angle vibration 60Hz, vibration amplitude 5×10-2m and accleration 4 m/s2, and (4) compound factors group: condition of group 2 plus group 3. The immunocompetence of heat stress protein 70(HSP 70) in each group was detected by immunohistochemicoassay ABC. Results: High temperature, noise and vibration each could induce the increase of HSP70 synthesis, and this process was shown enhanced significantly by their compound actions. Conclusion: High temperature, noise and vibration have synergistic effect on HSP70 synthesis, and they could strengthen body's stress reaction.
