双喷嘴挡板伺服阀前置放大器的流场分析 被引量:1

摘要 运用FLUENT软件对伺服阀双喷嘴挡板级进行了三维流场分析,获得了不同喷嘴挡板距的控制压力和恢复流量,运用二次函数拟合得到控制压力与恢复流量的数学模型,并分析了喷嘴挡板内部流道对伺服阀性能的影响。 The three-dimensional flow field of the twin flapper-nozzle servo-valve is analyzed by using FLUENT software, the controlled pressure and recovery flow rate in twin flapper-nozzle amplifier are obtained under different flapper-nozzle distance. The mathematical model of controlled pressure and recovery flow rate is established by function fit method. And the effect of twin flapper-nozzle's internal flow on the characteristic of servo-valve is analyzed. This study provides some reference to the design of twin flapper-nozzle servo valve to a certain extent.
